They are used for jointing and repair of conveyor belts operating in medium and severe operating conditions.

Standard set of connectors for belt width of 1,200 mm:

Belt thickness: 9–15 mm;
Minimum pulley: 250 mm;
Maximum belt strength: 1000 N/mm;
Fixing of links to the belt: 3 self-tapping screws in each link.
Material: Galvanized steel.

Reliable installation of fasteners

in 5 steps

STEP 1

Check the belt thickness and make sure the size of the connector is correct. Cut the ends of the belt at right angles.

STEP 2

Put the lock on the ends of belt until it is secure and fix it, by pressing each link to the belt.

STEP 3

Tighten the screws from the end joints towards the belt center.

STEP 4

Take the second end of belt. Align the mating (counterpart) part of the joint. Resume actions from stage 2.

STEP 5

Cut the belt edges at an angle. Set the rope in the connection.
